COVID-19 & social health; The Ergonomic perspective.

I welcome the Earth back to work from the COVID hol! It is the Imperative needed to save the earth from total Burnout. We made it! The Scare was that over 80% of human resource would be lost and the remaining 20% would become atretic. We are awaiting stats from relevant authorities about the gains of covid-19. The percentage of human resource on skeletal services in all sectors points to the fact that we made a gain of covid Viz; the envisaged loss was successfully contained. The fact that we still have Pupils & teachers in attendance at schools is a gain. The fact that we can re-convene ECOSOC and still have the necessary human capacity drive is a COVID gain. Officials who had COVID were well taken care of and are back to work! Notable is Dr. Adamah Bah of Kenya to whom i say a happy Marriahbbah! The message here is: a Stressed workforce is antithetic to Capacity building, emphasis should be on the Optimum Delivery of service as a Panacea to measuring or Assessing quality of service QoS.
