The political millieu is made up of among others the social, socioeconomics and artistic features of the cultural Antecedents of a people within a geographic locale. These as political resources are derivable through the Sociocultural cum sociopolitical Impetus of meeting the yearnings and Aspirations of the people represented by the socioculture. In the words of commissioner Mao; "In the world today, all culture, all literature and art Belong to definitive classes and are Geared to definite political lines. There is in fact no such thing as arts for arts Sake, arts that stand above classes, arts that is Detached from or independent of politics. Proletarian literature and art are part of the whole proletarian revolutionary cause; they are, as Lenin said Cogs and Wheels in the whole revolutionary machine. - CULTURE & ART, May 1942.
